We will lead you through easy-to-follow stretches, which can be done in your desk chair. Taking breaks to stretch out your muscles is a great way to boost your energy and maintain good health. It also helps with circulation and preventing cramps or soreness, which often stems from sitting at a computer for an extended period of time.
