Chocolate Cookie Crunch Bark from Claudine Tooker

1 12 oz. bag semi- sweet chocolate chips

1 12oz. bag white chocolate chips

2 tbs. peanut butter

10 chocolate sandwich cookies (oreos)

Microwave semi-sweet in a bowl for 1 minute, stir and continue with 10 to 20 intervals until melted

microwave white chocolate chips in a seperate bowl same way.

add peanut butter to white chocolate chips, stir until blended

crumble 1/2 cookies in semi-sweet chocolate and 1/2 in white chocolate chips.

place wax paper on cookies sheet and alternate chocolate and white chocolate mixtures creating a marble effect

refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until it hardens.

break into pieces and store in airtight container for up tp 1 week.
