Day 14 - The Black Dress

The LBD fit nicely under this cashmere and sequin Donna Karan sweater. My Ferragamo boots and opaque hose made a great ensemble for shopping and styling with a client. Happy Birthday Karen!

For an outing around town to celebrate my friend Karen's birthday, I needed a fun way to wear the black dress. I wore a stretchy colorful top, slouchy boots, a gold chain, and a cool belt.

Working from home today and meeting friends to celebrate Gillian's birthday. After a long week I wanted to be comfortable. Chose wool leggings by Max Mara and topped the dress with a red sweater wrap threaded through a bracelet and tied in the back (learned this trick at our Saks event). Comfortable flats and simple jewelry finish my outfit.

It's another unseasonably warm day in Dallas, so I put on my white jeans, dug out my 10 year old Jimmy Choo colorful sandals, and a blue belt I picked up at Pucci in New York a couple of years ago. Threw on my standard gold chain, dangly earrings and Elli Grace cuff.
