Day 16 - The Black Dress

This Max Mara fitted jacket with the outstanding collar and suede strappy stilettos created a new proportion for the LBD.

When Rocky at Max Mara brought me this blouse, he had to show me how it works. Instead of a bow, the tie turns into a rose. I love it. The belt has a wide end moving to narrow where it buckles--very cool. We finished the outfit with very high heeled pumps, grey leggings, and Rocky's wristwatch. Not my usual look but maybe it should be.

We had a great time working with Rocky at Max Mara. He selected a brown and black geometric print chiffon blouse with a tie at the neck to wear under the LBD. He added over the knee brown leather boots and a fun cuff to finish the outfit.

For the Max Mara picture, I selected the one with the fabulous carmel colored wrap with brown shoes and a brown belt. I love those shades with black and the coat really showed off the dress. All the accessories Rocky paired with the dress were great - from this outfit, to the cropped pants, cement colored belt and cream colored big necklace. It was a tough choice - everything at Max Mara was perfect. Thanks Rocky!!!
