Day 8 - The LBD Lobbies for Good News

Today we changed hotels-moving from Manhattan to Brooklyn to be closer to our son. It took a big part of the day with lots of time spent in hotel lobbies. The LBD with a gold belt, warm long sweater, boots and tights created a nice diversion.

Dinner was at what may be my new favorite restaurant in Manhattan, Rouge Tomate. They apply the standards of S.P.E. Sanitas Per Escam, or Health Through Food, is an innovative approach stressing seasonal local ingredients, cooking techniques that preserve the integrity and nutritional quality of the ingredients, and optimization of nutritional value through product combination and menu diversity. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service excellent.
