Sausage Stuffing from Roseann Rinaldi

 

Day 2-Sausage stuffing
Ingredients:

3 pounds of bulk breakfast sausage
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 eggs
2 onions chopped
6 slices of white bread
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1)  Cut off crust from bread.  Put into a cup of water.  Quickly squeeze out the water.

2)  Mix all ingredients together

3)  Place in a 9 by 12 pan, bake for 20 minutes.  Pour off fat and return to oven.  Bake until dark brown.

4)  Cut into squares and serve
