Take 2 minutes out of your day, whether you are at home or at work, to give yourself a healthy dose of relaxation. We will lead you through easy-to-follow stretches, which can be done in your desk chair. Taking breaks to stretch out your muscles is a great way to boost your energy and maintain good health. It also helps with circulation and preventing cramps or soreness, which often stems from sitting at a computer for an extended period of time.

This week we are focusing on back stretches. In the coming weeks, we will cover legs and feet. Check back every week for a new video!
