Video: Take 2 with the Girlz, Neck Exercises

Take 2 minutes out of your day, whether you are at home or at work, to give yourself a healthy dose of relaxation. We will lead you through easy-to-follow stretches, which can be done in your desk chair. Taking breaks to stretch out your muscles is a great way to boost your energy and maintain good health. It also helps with circulation and preventing cramps or soreness, which often stems from sitting at a computer for an extended period of time.

This week we are focusing on neck stretches. In the coming weeks, we will cover shoulders, hands, back, legs, and feet. Check back every week for a new video!

The tuck was a great, gentle stretch new to me that also seemed to help with tension in upper back/shoulders.

I didn't make it to yoga this morning due to meeting a repairman so I just did the neck exercises. I really appreciate having the Gz to work out with even if it's just two minutes.
