Take 2 shoulders
Take 2 minutes out of your day, whether you are at home or at work, to give yourself a healthy dose of relaxation. We will lead you through easy-to-follow stretches, which can be done in your desk chair. Taking breaks to stretch out your muscles is a great way to boost your energy and maintain good health. It also helps with circulation and preventing cramps or soreness, which often stems from sitting at a computer for an extended period of time.

This week we are focusing on shoulder stretches. In the coming weeks, we will cover hands, back, legs, and feet. Check back every week for a new video!
